If you are in need of a last-minute 20 x 20 Trade Show Exhibit rental, give us a call or provide us with your information for us to deliver the Exhibit rental that you’re looking for. The 20 x 20 format gives teams a defined footprint for presenting your message, welcoming visitors, and holding product conversations. Before a quote, confirm event city, convention center, move-in schedule, show dates, and artwork deadline. Share the CAD view and identify changes needed for your brand, message, or visitor flow so the proposed configuration can be reviewed before production. Plan the location and wording of the hanging sign early, since it helps visitors identify the exhibit from the show floor. Use the space with a conversation plan: decide where staff will greet attendees, where discussions will take place, and how visitors will move through the 20 x 20 area. For a short lead time, provide event and branding information together, answer layout questions, and confirm venue procedures. Review venue deadlines, receiving instructions, labor rules, and installation requirements as part of the project conversation.
