20 x 20 Las Vegas Exhibit Rental

This 20 x 20 can be delivered turnkey in Las Vegas with graphics and labor as well. If it’s a custom exhibit or a modular exhibit rental, we can create and deliver both options for an exhibit that looks like this. For a 20 x 20 footprint, decide how visitors should approach the display: through an open corner, across a front edge, or by a more directed entry. Keep the approach clear and open from the aisle. A direct approach supports brief conversations; a defined entry guides visitors toward a focal message. Use the available graphic area for one primary message, a recognizable visual identity, and supporting points. Artwork readable from the approach can introduce the subject, while secondary graphics provide closer context without competing with the first message. Organize content as a sequence: what visitors notice at a distance, what they read when nearby, and what a staff member can expand on in conversation. If a counter is selected for the configuration, it can give staff a place to greet visitors, share materials, or begin a short discussion without blocking the approach. If seating is selected, reserve room for seated conversations and keep it separate from the visitor path. Balance presentation, conversation, and circulation before finalizing the configuration. Confirm artwork priorities, display needs, staffing positions, and open space early so the layout supports planned visitor flow.
