The 148th annual meeting of the NRA is held this year in Indianapolis from April 26-28, with registration starting April 25, is your exhibit ready? This event spans 15 acres and displays range from firearms to ammunition and all the attending gear that complies with the National Rifle Association requirements. Additionally, attendees and exhibitors will have the option of attending exclusive seminars, music events, and speeches given by celebrated members in the field. The NRA Show is open to all members of the National Rifle Association, however special events, such as the BBQ Evening Thursday and the Saturday night concert require event tickets. In 2018, 79% of attendees were male and 21% were female, with 78% of attendees reporting the expenditure of more than $500 per year on sporting equipment. 77% reported spending at the show in excess of $100. 94% of attendees departed, planning to purchase $100 or more 12 months following the show. 74% spent more than two days at the show and 78% came specifically to view the exhibit hall. FAQ For Exhibitors

Move in and Out: Exhibitors move in will begin April 23 at 8 am, and move out will begin Sunday, April 28 at 5:30 pm.

Booth Provisions: The facility is not carpeted, so you will need to provide your flooring, however, you are provided with the back wall and sidewall drapes, collector aisles, and outfitter aisles. Exhibit Experience offers multiple options for flooring within our turn-key exhibit packages. Contact us at rentals@exhibitexperience.com for a custom or semi-custom package.

Convenience: The convention center provides electricity, internet, and telephone service with booth rentals.

 

Trade Show Floor Layout

Hotels and Getting to the Show

 

There are numerous hotels and RV parks in the Indianapolis area and the international airport offers direct service to all major airports in the domestic United States. VIP packages are available on the NRA annual websites.
