It moved to the Orange County Convention Center for several years, while the $260 million renovations were under construction and this year’s show will be a much different space, inside the floor and out.

Who, What, Where, When, and Why?
FIME is the Florida International Medical Expo and is the largest gathering of medical supply, service, technology, and software businesses in the Americas. Show organizers anticipate over 14,000 attendees from over 103 countries, and over 1,200 exhibitors. Show events include demonstrations, awards, break out seminars, and continuing education in a number of different specializations. Some of the show highlights for industry insiders are the presentation of white papers, commissioned reports, and new technological advancements.
From June 26-28 the trade show hours at the Miami Beach Convention Center are Wednesday, 10 am – 5 pm, Thursday 10 am – 5 pm, and Friday, 10 am – 4 pm. This trade show floor offers businesses the chance to develop out key partnerships, launch new products and services, promote your brand through media and face to face interactions, and sell directly to administrators, executives, founders, and distributors. In order to make a real impact at this show, your exhibit needs to stand out from the competition.
How to Be a Show Stopping Booth at FIME?
Booth Configuration and Placement:
The proper configuration and placement of your booth are essential to attracting the right audience. If you are exhibiting, you should contact an exhibit house with experience in delivering booths to this show because they understand the floor, and understand the deliverables of your booth. If you are selling a product, you would want a more linear configuration and if you are selling services, an exhibit with private closing space is preferable.
The interior layout of your booth and your visual communications will determine the quality of attendee in your booth and the amount of time they spend. Booths of 20 x 20 configurations and larger are allowed to have overhead signage that increases long-range visibility on the trade show floor, however if you are new to the show, your booth can still make an impact within a small space using high definition 3D graphics and LED skin walls for dynamic visual communications and brand video loops. Product display walls, custom lightboxes, furniture groupings, state of the art AV and welcome desks are all elements of a successful booth regardless of size, at FIME 2019.
