Orlando Transport
Orlando International Airport has two terminals, A and B, connected by a monorail system. The wait times at the Orlando International Airport surges on weekends and can be up to 45 minutes. For your departures, including rental car returns, check in, and transport within the terminal, give yourself at least 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Orlando Exhibit Rental has two road systems surrounding the areas that generate the most business for regional and national conventions and meetings.I-4 is a corridor that is the main artery of central Florida and unites Orlando with I-95 and I-75, with a supplementary system of toll roads, 528 and 417 surrounding the most densely populated areas surrounding I4. I4 is heavily trafficked and will be undergoing construction for the next five years. Exhibitors will need to book hotels as close as possible to the meeting or convention center, if they are not going directly through the show travel partner.

If you are looking to host major events of up to 30,000 you are going to need convention center meeting space. Orange County Convention Center hosts Microsoft Ignite, IAAPA, NBAA, InfoComm, and many more high profile trade show in addition to hundreds of meetings in the smaller areas of the center. Exhibit Experience headquarters are located within 10 miles from the convention center and all of our Orlando builds and a substantial portion of our all-inclusive inventory of rental property is located at this address. A natural location for an Orlando Exhibit House, since we rent and provide multiple exhibits per one show.
It is important to note that all exhibit plans will need to be submitted and approved by either your team or your exhibitor appointed contractor.
