What are the Attendee and Exhibitor Costs?
If you’re looking to exhibit at AAPEX, you’re in luck – they’re still accepting exhibit space applications. Year after year, the show sells out, and potential exhibitors have to be put on a waitlist. But not this year – they’ve secured additional expo hall space so that everyone who wants to exhibit can.

- Auto Care Association, MEMA/AASA, and/or NARSA members – $29.00 per sq ft
- Non-members – $49.00 per sq ft
- Corner In-line booth (corners are not guaranteed) – Additional charge of $280.00
- Peninsula booth (minimum 20’ x 20’) – Additional charge of $1,250.00
- Island booth (minimum 20’ x 20’) – Additional charge of $4,100.00

Which booth is best?
There are currently over 600 exhibitors registered for the show. In the past, the show has seen upwards of 2,500 exhibitors – and this year will likely see that again. This means the competition for getting attention to your product is steep. You need to be sure that your booth is competitive.
For a one-product miniature sales floor, we would recommend a 10 x 20 exhibit with two product walls, a demo space with AV integration with monitors looping content, and one set of office furniture with a branded welcome desk.
At a show of this caliber, you need to be sure that your product, service, or brand visual communications message is heard loud and clear.
